Placing A Quote Request:
You can request a custom quote for any of the products listed on the web site by viewing the details of that product and adding it to your Quote Cart. When you have finished adding items to your quote cart follow the online instructions to submit it to us. Acknowledgement of your quote request will be made by phone upon receipt.
To receive a quote for an item not listed on our website, please email us with your request, including your artwork details.
Placing Orders:
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mailed or by email. Acknowledgement of your order or quote request will be made by phone upon receipt.
No Minimum Orders:
There are no minimum order requirements.
Submitting Art Work
Art work for engraving must comply with the following criteria:
" Black and white or color line art
" Jpeg, tif, or pdf image saved at a resolution of 300 ppi
or Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw image saved as pdf or eps with all text converted to outline
" Submit via email to info@gbawards.com or bring in on CD or flash drive
or If you do not have digital art, please supply a high-quality print for scanning
Any low-quality images will be reviewed and accepted at our discretion and are subject to an art charge pro-rated at $40/hour to improve the quality. Photographs can be used only in limited applications.
Pricing:
Prices are quoted in $US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. Escondido, California.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MaterCard and American Express.
Net 30 upon credit approval. First time orders do not qualify for Net 30 terms. Unpaid accounts 30 days overdue will be placed on hold until outstanding balance is paid in full.

Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Escondido, California. All orders ship UPS Standard Service unless otherwise requested.
Claims:
In the unlikely event your product is damaged during shipment, you must report damages to the carrier and Glaser & Bailey Awards, Inc. We will assist you with replacement of damaged goods as quickly as possible.
